Description
It would be nice if Foreman had the capability to notify a user via email and/OR SNMP trap (to alert monitoring systems, etc) when it receives a failure report for a particular host.

would you expect it to be similar to tagmail ?
ideally, the report would be send to the machine owner (or group of owners).
