Description

Pulp currently can't be configured with different syslog facility, there is a ticket to do that:

https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3288

When this is implemented in Pulp, we should configure it with LOCAL3 (user3) and create syslog configuration to send the data into `/var/log/pulp/pulp.log`.

For the record, it is possible to filter out messages using more advanced RainerScript, but this involves scripting, it will be slower and we should stick with syslog facilities: https://www.redhat.com/archives/pulp-list/2015-January/msg00022.html
