From a generic --reset I'd also expect it to reset the DNS zones which have a replace=false. By naming it --reset-databases it should closer match the the actual implementation in Katello. It should be noted that --reset-* is also used to reset databases. That makes me think about --wipe-databases which also is clearer in that it is destructive. Alternative would be --recreate-databases.
