Description

Hammer plugin RPMs should have (#33095) provides, we can use these instead of varying the RPM name prefix by OS version (https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-foreman/blob/fde65587d2ee609dda5bf0c2ee1a6a5715e1c630/manifests/plugin.pp#L25, https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-foreman/blob/fde65587d2ee609dda5bf0c2ee1a6a5715e1c630/manifests/params.pp#L96)

Category set to Foreman modules

In recent Puppet versions it's also supported for Debian (apt/dpkg). It would be great if we can standardize on a single name.
