Description of problem:
Follow-up BZ for RFE bug 1950836.
Notification e-mail for long running tasks contains untranslated localization strings, like _("Action").
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
foreman-3.7.0-2.el8sat.noarch
rubygem-foreman-tasks-8.1.1-1.el8sat.noarch

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a task that is running or is paused for more than 2 days.
2. As an admin user, check the e-mail notification. The default subject is "[satellite] Tasks pending since ..."
3.
Actual results:
The HTML table header contains untranslated strings, like _("ID"), _("Action"), etc.

Expected results:
The strings should be translated, at least they should not contain the _("") function part.
