Description

Backup command on Capsule does not collect the certificate tar file.

Description of problem:

- Backup command on Capsule does not collect the certificate tar file.

1. Create a backup of the capsule using satellite-maintain

  1. satellite-maintain backup offline /var/satellite-backup/
    ~~~

Actual results:

- The certificate tar of the capsule is not collected from the server.

- Restoring the archiving will fail with following message.

  The certs tar file generated by the server is not present at /root/capsule.example.com-certs.tar, exiting.
  2024-02-06 18:38:05 [ERROR ] [root] The certs tar file generated by the server is not present at /root/capsule.example.com-certs.tar, exiting.
