Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.15.0/stream

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Configure -> Ansible -> Variables -> New Ansible Variable
2. Select the Override checkbox, and "Specify Matchers" option appears
3. Click on Documentation button next to "Specify Matchers"

Actual results:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html/managing_configurations_using_puppet_integration_in_red_hat_satellite/configuring_puppet_smart_class_parameters_managing-configurations-puppet

Expected results:
It should redirect to Ansible documentation for variables instead

Additional info:
On 6.14.3, the same behavior is observed, so it does not appear to be a regression
